May Madness

Get ready for the Working Image May Madness Sale!

This is the first of two giant sales this year. The second one will be in November.

This is how it works. Working Image receives an amazing assortment of donated clothes during the year, which outfit hundreds – yes, hundreds – of women in need. But often, there is clothing that either isn’t appropriate, is for the wrong season or some other odd-ball reason. These clothes, gorgeous, diverse and a lot of them, make up the inventory for our sales. The proceeds go to keeping Working Image doors open, and able to continue doing the good it does.

Other agencies similar to Working Image, like the Dress for Success franchise, have overstock sales to supplement their operating funds, so WI is borrowing a page from their play book.

All clothes donated to Working Image are utilized in one way or another. And every single item is greatly appreciated!

Working Image is also looking for volunteers to assist before and during the sale. Please contact Liz @360.385.0300.

Cinderella’s Closet

“Thank you everyone for buying tickets to “Cinderella” on December 4 in support of the new Working Image program, “Cinderella’s Closet.” Our new program provides prom attire for girls who cannot attend their school dance because of financial constraints. The event, held at KCPT, was sold out. Attendees enjoyed appetizers, sweets and wine before the performance and three lovely young ladies from PT High School modeled dresses donated to Cinderella’s Closet.”
